SBO LIVE DRAW GAME RULES

APPLICABILITY OF THESE RULES

The following product-specific rules (the "Live Draw Game Rules") govern the end user's use of the Operator's interactive live numbers drawing game betting products and services (the "Live Draw Games") available at www.sbobet.com (the "Website"). They form part of the Operator's General Terms and Conditions which apply to all the Live Draw Games the Operator offers to individuals who register for or are holders of or have been granted access to, an Account (the “End User”) with the Operator. To the extent there is any inconsistency between the General Terms and Conditions and any of these General Live Draw Game Rules, the General Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

All bets on the Live Draw Games accepted by the Operator are subject to these General Live Draw Game Rules.

Throughout these Live Draw Game Rules, references to "we", "our", or "us" refer to the Operator and references to "you", "your" or “their” refer to the End User.

GENERAL LIVE DRAW GAME RULES

These General Live Draw Game Rules are supplemented by (and are deemed to include) rules relating to each specific game (the “Specific Live Draw Game Rules”). Where there is any inconsistency between the General Live Draw Game Rules and the Specific Live Draw Game Rules, the latter will apply

1. Liability

The End User shall have no cause of action and hereby waives any rights or claims against the software developer of the Live Draw Games for any transaction, matter, cause or thing involving the End User’s participation in the Live Draw Games.

The End User shall have no cause of action and hereby waives any rights or claims against the Operator in respect of the use, misuse or abuse by the End User itself or by any third party of the End User’s account, or in respect of the conduct of other End Users, or in respect of any technical faults or defects, including but not exclusively those set out in Section 5 below.

2. Play for fun

The End User agrees that the Live Draw Games are for entertainment purposes only. The End User understands and acknowledges that a monetary bet is necessary or required to play the Live Draw Games. However, if the End User wants to play without betting money, End User may do so in the "demo play" area only.

3. Personal use only

The End User's interest in the Live Draw Games and the Website is personal and not professional. Any End User entering the Website does so solely for their own personal entertainment and any other purpose for entrance, access, use or re-use of the Live Draw Games is strictly prohibited.

4. Connection Failures During Game Play

A ‘Live Draw’ is the drawing of numbered balls conducted live by a dealer to obtain a result for a game.

A Live Draw game is a ‘Common Draw Game’ where more than one End User is able to bet on the outcome of a specific Live Draw, and the Live Draw determines the results for all End Users (e.g. SBO Draw Game).

When the internet connection is lost during a Common Draw Game, draws will proceed even if the End User is not logged in. Therefore, all bets that were placed successfully prior to the connection loss will be honoured and will be settled (win or lose) in the usual manner.

5. Malfunctions

Unless otherwise specified, malfunctions of any sort (software or hardware) will void the draw. This means that any bet placed will be returned irrespective of any indicative result.

6. Physical Malfunctions

The Operator reserves the right to re-draw or correct the winning numbers or declare the drawing number as invalid if any human or non-human errors occur during the process of drawing the winning number or during the input of the winning result.

7. Smart Player and Artificial Intelligence

The Operator reserves the right to reject SMART players or any suspected SMART players. Any activities using artificial intelligence such as bots are strictly prohibited. Any attempt to breach or violate this policy will result in the suspension and/or exclusion and/or termination of the End User's Account. All the winnings and commissions resulting from bets placed under this Rule 7 will be forfeited.

8. Usage of Terms

Unless otherwise stated in these Live Draw Game Rules, terms, words and expressions used in this Live Draw Game Rules shall have the same meaning ascribed to them by the General Terms and Conditions.

9. Maximum bet

The End User acknowledges that the Operator may, at its absolute discretion, impose different or varying limits or restrictions on the End User’s bet amount and that such limits and restrictions shall be subject to change at any time and from time to time without any prior notice to the End User.

Furthermore, the Operator may, at its absolute discretion, impose limits or restrictions on the total amount that an End User can place or bet in every Draw Round and such limits and restrictions shall be subject to change at any time and from time to time without prior notice to the End User.

10. Complaints for live draw

If an End User wishes to make a complaint against or disputes the result of a Live Draw Game, the End User must provide the Operator with the full statement of the complaint or dispute together with their User ID and the time of playing when contacting the Operator. Failure to do so may result in the Operator not being able to address the complaint. Video images of Live Draw Games are kept for 24 hours from the time of the Live Draw and therefore the End User must address and send the complaint within 24 hours from the completion of the Live Draw in dispute. Any complaints submitted after 24 hours will be rejected by the Operator due to the absence of video evidence.

In case of any dispute, the End User acknowledges and agrees that the Operator’s decision is final, binding and official.

11. Live Draw Games

Valid results of the Live Draw Games are those results which are detected by the electronic sensor equipment installed for that purpose. If for any reason a result is not detected and registered by the electronic sensors, then that result is deemed to have not occurred, and any bets locked will remain locked until a valid result is determined.

B. Introduction to SBO Draw Game

2. SBO Draw Game is also a common draw game whereby more than one End User can bet on the outcome of the draw.

3. The objective of the SBO Draw Game is for the End User to predict and bet on the correct numbers or Digit Position(s) or Betting Position and/or Condition(s) to match the right Position Sequence or Digit Position(s) or Betting Position and/or Condition(s) of the Winning Numbers in order for the End User’s wager to be a winning wager.

4. The End User may access the Digit Games: (i) the 4D (Four Digits); (ii) the 3D (Three Digits); or (iii) the 2D (Two Digits) and bet on the different Bet Methods available for each Digit Game.

5. The End User may also choose to access the 50:50 Games and bet on the different Bet Types available for this SBO Draw Game.

6. It is the End User’s responsibility to read this Live Draw Game Rules to fully understand the rules that govern the SBO Draw Games.

C. Conduct of Drawing

1. The SBO Draw Game uses four (4) Draw Containers with the Blowing Machine below each container to spin all the Numbered Balls loaded into each Draw Container.

2. Each Draw Container shall be loaded by equally weighted Numbered Balls. Once all Numbered Balls are completely loaded in each Draw Container, the Blowing Machine will be turned on to spin them. Each Draw Container will capture one Numbered Ball in sequential order from the Ace Draw Container to the Tail Draw Container.

3. The Captured Balls will be read in sequential order from the Ace Draw Container followed by the Deuce Draw Container then the Head Draw Container, and finally, the Tail Draw Container. The numbers inscribed and printed on the Captured Balls shall be the Winning Numbers.

4. The Draw Round will be conducted live every hour after the last Drawing Process has been completed. This period may vary from time to time at the discretion of the Operator. The End User is responsible for confirming each Bet Transaction before the Betting Time expires. If the End User fails to confirm the Bet Transaction before the Betting Time expires, the Bet Transaction will be rejected by the System and not be included in the current Draw Round.

5. The Captured Balls shall be verified by the Operator before appearing in the SBO Draw Game Window. The Winning Numbers appearing in the SBO Draw Game Window will be the final result of the Draw Round and determines if a Bet Transaction wins or loses.

5.2.2 Bet Numbers under the Normal Bet Method may be constructed as any one or more of the Digit Game Bet Types, which is the 4D, 3D and 2D Bet Types.

5.2.3 Notwithstanding Rule I.F.1.6.1 above, any Bet Number constructed under the Normal Bet Method may be confirmed immediately into a Bet Transaction without being added to the Unconfirmed Bet List.

5.2.4 The Operator may set Odds for the Bet Types.

5.2.5 Buy Set
(a) A Set consists of 3 Bet Types which is the 4D, 3D and 2D-Back Bet Types and the option to Buy Set is only available in the Normal Bet Method.
(b) To utilise the Buy Set option, a digit must be selected and filled for each of the four (4) Digit Positions.
(c) One 4D Bet Number, one 3D Bet Number and one 2D-Back Bet Number will be generated by the System from the four digits selected to be added to the Unconfirmed Bet List or to be confirmed immediately as a Bet Transaction.
(d) Additional Sets may be added to the existing set of Bet Numbers in one Unconfirmed Bet List.
(e) The same Set may be confirmed in a separate Bet Transaction.
(f) A Bet Number is a Winning Bet if it appears exactly in the same combination and position as the Winning Numbers. In such event the Buy Set option of the entire Set results in a win for all Bet Types (4D, 3D, 2D-Back).

5.2.6 Calculation of Winning
(a) The example below will show the calculation of the Total Win if a 4D Bet Number was constructed under the Normal Bet Method is a Winning Bet.
(b)   Example 1: Normal Bet..

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 2 3 4

• The Bet Number = 1 2 3 4
• Bet Type = 4D
Odds = 9000
• Bet Amount = 10
• Bet Price = 10
Win = Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 9000 = 90,000
The Total Win for this Bet Transaction is 90,000 which will be added to the Bet Credit.

(c)  Example 2: Buy Set.

If the Winning Number is:

 Ace  Deuce  Head  Tail
 1   2  3  4

• The Bet Number =   1 2 3 4
• Bet Type =    4D, 3D and 2D-Back
• Set Bet Numbers =    1234, 234, and 34
• Bet Amount =    10 for each Bet Number
• Bet Price =    10 + 10 + 10 = 30
Win:     4D - Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 9000 = 90,000
    3D - Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 925 = 9,250
    2D - Back - Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 95 = 950
• Total Win = 90,000 + 9250 + 950 = 100,200
The Total Win for buying this Set is 100,200 which will be added to the Bet Credit. The Bet Number is a losing one if it does not match the Winning Number.

5.3 Box Bet Method

5.3.1 For the Box Bet Method, a minimum of two (2) and a maximum of four (4) digits from zero (0) to (9) must be chosen to be permutated by the System. Bet Type checkboxes will be activated based on how many digits have been chosen.

5.3.2 If four (4) digits are chosen, then the 4D, 3D, 2D-Front, 2D-Middle, 2D-Back Bet Types checkboxes will be activated. Any one or more checkboxes may be checked to indicate the selected Bet Number and Bet Type.

5.3.3 If three (3) digits are chosen, then the 3D, 2D-Front, 2D-Middle, 2D-Back Bet Types checkboxes will be activated. Any one or more checkboxes may be checked to indicate the selected Bet Number and Bet Type.

5.3.4 If two (2) digits are chosen, then the 2D-Front, 2D-Middle, 2D-Back Bet Types checkboxes will be activated. Any one or more checkboxes may be checked to indicate the selected Bet Number and Bet Type.

5.3.5 The “Simulate” button must be clicked on for the System to produce different permutated combinations of the chosen digits.

5.3.6 The Bet Numbers generated by the System will form the Simulated Bet Numbers.

5.3.7 All or only selected Simulated Bet Numbers may be added to the Unconfirmed Bet List.

5.3.8 More than one set of Simulated Bet Numbers may be added to the same Unconfirmed Bet List, but the number of Simulated Bet Numbers must not exceed one hundred (100).

5.3.9  Calculation of Winning
(a)The example below will show the calculation of the Total Win if a 4D Simulated Bet Number generated under the Box Bet Method is a Winning Bet.
(b) Example: Box Bet.

The Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 2 3 4

• The Bet Number = 1 2 3 4 (which is a Bet Number from the Simulated Bet Numbers)
• Bet Type = 4D
Odds = 9000
• Bet Amount = 10
• Bet Price = 10
Win = Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 9000 = 90,000
The Total Win for this Bet Transaction is 90,000 which will be added to the Bet Credit.The Bet Number is a losing one if it does not match the Winning Number.

5.4 1D-Roll Bet Method

5.4.1 The 1D-Roll Bet Method may be applied to the 4D, 3D or 2D Digit Games.

5.4.2 One Digit Position is selected to be rolled and must be indicated by the selection of the “R” button. The remaining Digit Positions must be filled with a number from zero (0) to nine (9).

5.4.3 Depending on the Bet Type selected, any one of the Ace, Deuce, Head or Tail positions may be selected to be rolled.

5.4.4 The Digit Position selected to be rolled will be filled with the digits from zero (0) to nine (9) resulting in the System generating Simulated Bet Numbers with the same digits for each unrolled Digit Position and the digits from zero (0) to nine (9) for the rolled Digit Position after the “Simulate” button is clicked.

5.4.5 Only one Digit Position may be rolled.

5.4.6 The Bet Numbers with the rolled digit as generated by the System will form the Simulated Bet Numbers.

5.4.7 All or only selected Simulated Bet Numbers may be added to the Unconfirmed Bet List.

5.4.8 More than one set of Simulated Bet Numbers may be added to the same Unconfirmed Bet List, but the number of Simulated Bet Numbers must not exceed one hundred (100).

5.4.9 Calculation of Winning
(a)  The example below will show the calculation of the Total Win if a Bet Number that was generated as a result of using the 1D-Roll Bet Method is a Winning Bet .
(b)  Example :  1D-Roll Bet.

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 2 3 4

The selection is: 2 R 4 (where Head has been rolled)Simulated Bet Numbers: 204, 214, 224, 234, 244,254, 264, 274, 284, 294

• Bet Type = 3D
Odds = 925
• Bet Amount = 10 per Simulated Bet Number
• Bet Price = 10
• • Total Price = 100
• Winning Bet = 234
Win = Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 925 = 9,250
The Total Win for this Simulated Bet Number is 9,250 which will be added to the Bet Credit.The other 9 Simulated Bet Numbers are losing ones as they do not match the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 90 for these Simulated Bet Numbers would be lost.

5.5 Quick Bet Method

5.5.1 The Quick Bet Method is applicable to the 4D, 3D and 2D Bet Types.

5.5.2 In this Method the number of bets required must be indicated and the Bet Type must be selected. A minimum of one must be indicated for the number of bets required.

5.5.3 The System will randomly generate the Bet Number(s) based on the selected number of bets and the Bet Type.

5.5.4 The End User has the option to select or deselect the System’s suggested Bet Numbers in the Unconfirmed Bet List Area.

5.5.5 Calculation of Winning
(a)  The example below will show the calculation of the Total Win where Bet Numbers have been generated using the Quick Bet Method .
(b) Example : Quick Bet.

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 2 3 4

• Bet Type = 2D-Middle
Odds = 95
• Number of Bets = 7
• System Generated Numbers = 53, 91, 23, 29, 76, 16, 34
• Bet Amount = 10 per Bet Number
• Bet Price = 10
• Total Price  (10x7) = 70
• Winning Bet = 23
Win = Bet Amount x Odds = 10 x 95 = 950
The Total Win for this Winning Bet is 950 which will be added to the Bet Credit.The other 6 Bet Numbers are losing ones as they do not match the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 60 for these Bet Numbers would be lost.

G. 50:50 Games

There are three (3) Bet Types available in the 50:50 Games. For every Bet Type in this category, a Bet Option must be constructed in order to bet or make a prediction. A Fee Type must be selected in two (50:50 Single & 50:50 Double) of the three Bet Types wherein each Fee Type has a corresponding charge or multiplier. The Fee Types available for the time being are the Indo Fee and the Malay Fee.

1. 50:50 Games Common Rules

1.1 The selection of one or more Conditions for one or more Digit Positions or one Betting Position shall form the basis of constructing a prediction for each Bet Type in 50:50 Games and this selection must be done in the Bet Area.

1.2 The combination of the selected Digit Position(s) or Betting Position and the Condition(s) for the selected Digit Position(s) or Betting Position shall make up the Bet Option.

1.3 The set of Digit Position(s) or Betting Position and Condition(s) in any Bet Option may be repeated in another Bet Option, subject to the Minimum Bet Amount and Maximum Bet Amount limits per Bet Option as set by the Operator and subject to change from time to time without prior notice to the End User.

1.4 Bet Amount

1.4.1 A System default Bet Amount will be set for Bet Options where the Bet Amount has not been set.

1.4.2 The Bet Amount may be set for each Bet Option in the Bet Details Area subject to the Minimum Bet Amount and Maximum Bet Amount limits.

1.4.3 Any Bet Amount for a Bet Option should not:

(a) be below the Minimum Bet Amount; or

(b) exceed the Maximum Bet Amount limits set by the Operator for such a Bet Option or such other limits that may be imposed by the Operator from time to time and at any time, whichever shall be the lower.

The Bet Option and therefore the Unconfirmed Bet List will be rejected by the System if the Bet Amount for any of the Bet Options in the Unconfirmed Bet List is below the Minimum Bet Amount or exceeds the Maximum Bet Amount limit for that particular Bet Option or exceeds such other limits that may be imposed by the Operator from time to time and at any time.

1.4.4 In case of rejection, the End User may either:

(a) where the Bet Amount exceeds the Maximum Bet Amount, reduce the Bet Amount for the rejected Bet Option to the amount remaining in the Maximum Bet Amount limit; or

(b) where the Bet Amount is below the Minimum Bet Amount, increase the Bet Amount for the rejected Bet Option above the Minimum Bet Amount limit; or

(c) remove the Bet Option from the Unconfirmed Bet List; or

(d) remove the Bet Option from the Unconfirmed Bet List and construct the Bet Option again with a reduced Bet Amount; or

(e) choose another Bet Option.

1.5 Fee Type

1.5.1 Fee Types are not applicable to the 50:50 Combination Bet Type.

1.5.2 The current Fee Types are the Indo Fee and the Malay Fee.

1.5.3 The Indo Fee is represented by a negative percentage that will be multiplied to the Bet Amount to determine the Bet Price and consequently the Payout.

1.5.4 The Malay Fee will be multiplied to the Bet Amount to determine the Total Win and the Total Win will then be added to the Bet Price to determine the Payout.

1.5.5 Where the Fee Type has not been selected, a System default Fee Type will be set for Bet Options based on the currency set for the Account.

1.5.6 Only one (1) Fee Type shall be selected when constructing a 50:50 Single or 50:50 Double Bet Option.

1.6 Bet Confirmation

1.6.1 Every Bet Option must be added to the Unconfirmed Bet List and confirmed singularly or collectively with other Bet Options into a Bet Transaction.

1.6.2 The maximum Bet Options that can be added to one (1) Unconfirmed Bet List is one hundred (100).

1.6.3 Every Unconfirmed Bet List must be confirmed by the End User and be confirmed before the expiry of the Betting Time to be formally processed and accepted as a Bet Transaction or rejected, by the System. Acceptance by the System is subject to checks and verifications against limits and restrictions set by the Operator, where these limits and restrictions may be subject to change from time to time.

1.6.4 Once accepted by the System, the Unconfirmed Bet List will be processed into a Bet Transaction and appear as such in the Running Bet List.

1.6.5 The System will reject any Bet Transaction which exceeds the Bet Credit available in the Account or such other limits that may be imposed by the Operator from time to time and at any time. If rejected, the Bet Transaction will not be included in the Draw Round.

1.6.6 Unless rejected by the Operator or the System, Bet Transactions cannot be withdrawn or cancelled by the End User.

1.6.7 The number of Bet Transactions that can be placed or wagered on a single Draw Round shall be subject to the available Bet Credit and to any other limits that may be imposed by the Operator from time to time and at any time, whichever shall be the lower.

1.6.8 Unless specified, every Bet Transaction will be given a default name by the System.

1.6.9 Bet Options from different Bet Types cannot be constructed in a single Bet Transaction. Bet Options for a Bet Type must be confirmed as a Bet Transaction under that particular Bet Type.

1.6.10 Bet Options cannot be combined with other forms of bets from other Bet Categories in a single Bet Transaction.

1.6.11 A Bet Transaction is only valid and qualified for the immediate Draw Round. Any Bet Transaction for any concluded Draw Round will no longer be valid and cannot qualify for the next Draw Round, unless it is a Revived Bet Transaction.

1.7 Winning Bet

1.7.1 In order to win a 50:50 Game and for a Bet Option to be a Winning Bet:

(a) the Digit Position(s) and the Condition(s) of the Digit Position(s) of the Bet Option must match those of the Winning Numbers; or

(b) the Betting Position and the Condition of the Betting Position of the Bet Option must match those of the Winning Numbers.

1.7.2 All 50:50 Game Winning Bets will appear in the “Winning Bets” section of the Running Bet List Area.

The following are the rules governing the Bet Types in 50:50 Games:

2. 50:50 Single Bet Type

2.1 In 50:50 Single, a prediction in the form of a Bet Option must be constructed by selecting a single specific Digit Position (Ace, Deuce, Head or Tail) that is predicted to result in a selected single specific Condition (Even, Odd, Big or Small) to match that of the Winning Number.

2.2 There are specific numbers assigned for each Condition:

2.2.1 for the Even Condition, the assigned numbers are all the following even numbers: 0,2,4,6 and 8;

2.2.2 for the Odd Condition, the assigned numbers are all the following odd numbers: 1,3,5,7 and 9;

2.2.3 for the Small Condition, the assigned numbers are 0,1,2,3 and 4.

2.2.4 for the Big Condition, the assigned numbers are 5,6,7,8 and 9.

2.3 Only one (1) Digit Position and one (1) Condition are required to be selected for this Bet Type. The selections of more than one (1) Digit Position or Condition will result in the Bet Option being rejected by the System.

2.4 The 50:50 Single Bet Option shall be subject to limits that are set by the Operator and such limits may be changed or lifted or amended by the Operator at its discretion without prior notice to the End User.

2.5 The theoretical return to the End User (RTP) of this Bet Type is 97.62%.

2.6 Calculation of Winning

2.6.1 The examples below will show the outcome of a 50:50 Single Bet Option.

2.6.2 Indo Fee Calculation

(a) Example 1: Indo Fee = -5%

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
2 1 4 9

Possible Winning Bets:

Digit Position Condition
Ace Even or Small
Deuce Odd or Small
Head Even or Small
Tail Odd or Big

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Ace and Condition: Even
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Indo Fee  = -5%
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount - (Bet Amount x Indo Fee)
   = 1,000 – (1,000 x (-5%))
   = 1,000 – (- 50) = 1,050
Win  = Bet Amount = 1,000
• Total Win  = Bet Price + Win = 1,050 + 1,000 = 2,050
The Total Win for this Winning Bet is 2,050 which will be added to the Bet Credits in the Account.

(b) Example 2: Indo Fee = -5%

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 8 5 2

Possible Winning Bets:

Digit Position Condition
Ace Odd or Small
Deuce Even or Big
Head Odd or Big
Tail Even or Small

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Tail and Condition: Big
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Indo Fee  = -5%
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount - (Bet Amount x Indo Fee)
   = 1,000 – (1,000 x (-5%))
   = 1,000 – (- 50) = 1,050
The Bet Option is a losing one as the Condition of the selected Digit Position does not match the Condition of the corresponding Digit Position of the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 1,050 for this Bet Option would be lost.

2.6.3 Malay Fee Calculation

(a) Example 1: Malay Fee = 0.95

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
2 1 4 9

Possible Winning Bets:

Digit Position Condition
Ace Even or Small
Deuce Odd or Small
Head Even or Small
Tail Odd or Big

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Ace and Condition: Even
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Malay Fee  = 0.95
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount
   = 1,000
Win  = Bet Amount x Malay Fee = 1,000 x 0.95 = 950
• Total Win  = Bet Price + Win = 1,000 + (1,000 x 0.95)
   = 1,000 + 950 = 1,950
TThe Total Win for this Winning Bet is 1,950 which will be added to the Bet Credits in the Account.

(b) Example 2: Malay Fee = 0.95

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 8 5 2

Possible Winning Bets:

Digit Position Condition
Ace Odd or Small
Deuce Even or Big
Head Odd or Big
Tail Even or Small

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Tail and Condition: Big
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Malay Fee  = 0.95
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount
   = 1,000
The Bet Option is a losing one as the Condition of the selected Digit Position does not match the Condition of the corresponding Digit Position of the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 1,000 for this Bet Option would be lost.

3. 50:50 Double Bet Type

3.1 In 50:50 Double, a Betting Position (Front, Middle or Back) is predicted to result in a specific Condition (Odd, Even, Big or Small).

3.2 Two (2) Digit Positions are assigned for each Betting Position as follows:

3.2.1 the Front Betting Position where the assigned Digit Positions are the Ace position and the Deuce position.

3.2.2 the Middle Betting Position where the assigned Digit Positions are the Deuce position and the Head position.

3.2.3 the Back Betting Position where the assigned Digit Positions are the Head position and the Tail position.

3.3 There are specific numbers assigned for each Condition:

3.3.1 for the Even Condition, the assigned numbers are all the even double digit numbers from 00 to 98.

3.3.2 for the Odd Condition, the assigned numbers are all the odd double digit numbers from 01 to 99.

3.3.3 for the Small condition, the assigned numbers are all the double digit numbers from 00 to 49.

3.3.4 for the Big condition, the assigned numbers are all the double digit numbers from 50 to 99.

3.4 Only one (1) Condition and one (1) Betting Position are required to be selected for this Bet Type. The selection of more than one (1) Condition or Betting Position will result in the Bet Option being rejected by the System.

3.5 The 50:50 Double Bet Option shall be subject to limits that are set by the Operator and such limits may be changed or lifted or amended by the Operator at its discretion without prior notice to the End User

3.6 The theoretical return to the End User (RTP) of this Bet Type is 97.62%.

3.7 Calculation of Winning

3.7.1 The example below will show the outcome of a 50:50 Double Bet Option.

3.7.2 Indo Fee Calculation

(a) Example 1: Indo Fee = -5%

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
0 0 5 9

Possible Winning Bets:

Betting Position Condition
Front Small or Even
Middle Small or Odd
Back Big or Odd

• Bet Option  = Betting Position: Front and Condition: Even
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Indo Fee  = -5%
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount - (Bet Amount x Indo Fee)
   = 1,000 – (1,000 x (-5%))
   = 1,000 – (- 50) = 1,050
Win  = Bet Amount = 1,000
• Total Win  = Bet Price + Win = 1,050 + 1,000 = 2,050
The Total Win for this Winning Bet is 2,050 which will be added to the Bet Credits in the Account

(b) Example 2: Indo Fee = -5%

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 8 5 2

Possible Winning Bets:

Betting Position Condition
Front Small or Even

Back Big or Even

• Bet Option  = Betting Position: Back and Condition: Small
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Indo Fee  = -5%
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount - (Bet Amount x Indo Fee)
   = 1,000 – (1,000 x (-5%))
   = 1,000 – (- 50) = 1,050
The Bet Option is a losing one as the Condition of the selected Betting Position does not match the Condition of the corresponding Betting Position of the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 1,050 for this Bet Option would be lost.

3.7.3 Malay Fee Calculation

(a) Example 1: Malay Fee = 0.95

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
0 0 5 9

Possible Winning Bets:

Betting Position Condition

• Malay Fee  = 0.95
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount = 1000
Win  = Bet Amount x Malay Fee = 1,000 x 0.95 = 950
• Total Win  = Bet Price + Win = 1,000 + (1,000 x 0.95)
   = 1,000 + 950 = 1,950
The Total Win for this Winning Bet is 1,950 which will be added to the Bet Credits in the Account.

(b) Example 2: Malay Fee = 0.95

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 8 5 2

Possible Winning Bets:

Betting Position Condition
Front Small or Even
Middle Big or Odd
Back Big or Even

• Bet Option  = Betting Position: Back and Condition: Small
• Bet Amount  = 1,000
• Malay Fee  = 0.95
• Bet Price  = Bet Amount = 1000

The Bet Option is a losing one as the Condition of the selected Betting Position does not match the Condition of the corresponding Betting Position of the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 1,000 for this Bet Option would be lost.

4. 50:50 Combination Bet Type

4.1 In 50:50 Combination, a prediction in the form of a Bet Option must be constructed by combining a First Bet and a Second Bet where each of the First Bet and the Second Bet represent a selection of one (1) specific Digit Position (Ace, Deuce, Head or Tail) that is predicted to result in one (1) corresponding selected specific Condition (Even, Odd, Big or Small). The selections for both the First Bet and the Second Bet must match that of the Winning Number.

4.2 There are specific numbers assigned for each Condition:

4.2.1 for the Even Condition, the assigned numbers are all the following even numbers: 0,2,4,6 and 8;

4.2.2 for the Odd Condition, the assigned numbers are all the following odd numbers: 1,3,5,7 and 9;

4.2.3 for the Small Condition, the assigned numbers are 0,1,2,3 and 4.

4.2.4 for the Big Condition, the assigned numbers are 5,6,7,8 and 9.

4.3 Only one (1) Digit Position and one (1) Condition are required to be selected for each of the First Bet and the Second Bet. The combination of the First Bet and the Second Bet shall form the 50:50 Combination Bet Option. The selection of more than one (1) Digit Position or Condition will result in the 50:50 Combination Bet Option being rejected by the System.

4.4 It is not permitted to select the same Digit Position for the First Bet and the Second Bet. The same Condition may be selected for the First Bet and the Second Bet.

4.5 The Operator may at its discretion set Odds for the 50:50 Combination Bet Options that will increase the Total Win. The Operator reserves the right to vary or change the Odds at its discretion from time to time and at any time without prior notice to the End User.

4.6 The theoretical return to the End User (RTP) of this Bet Type is 92.5%.

4.7 Calculation of Winning

4.7.1 The example below will show the outcome of a 50:50 Combination Bet Option.

(a) Example 1:

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
1 8 4 5

Possible Winning Bets:

Ace  = Small/Odd  and  Deuce  = Big/Even
Head  = Small/Even  and  Tail  = Big/Odd
Ace  = Small/Odd  and  Head  = Small/Even
Ace  = Small/Odd  and  Tail  = Big/Odd
Deuce  = Big/Even  and  Head  = Small/Even
Deuce  = Big/Even  and  Tail  = Big/Odd

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Ace and Condition: Odd; with
    Digit Position: Deuce and Condition: Big
• Bet Amount  = 100
Odds  = 2.7
• Bet Price  = 100
Win  = Bet Amount x Odds = 100 x 2.7 = 270
• Total Win  = Bet Price + Win = 100 + 270 = 370
The Total Win for this Winning Bet is 370 which will be added to the Bet Credits in the Account.

(b) Example 2:

If the Winning Number is:

Ace Deuce Head Tail
6 8 2 1

Possible Winning Bets:

Ace  = Big/Even  and Deuce  = Big/Even
Ace  = Big/Even  and Head  = Small/Even
Ace  = Big/Even  and Tail  = Small/Odd
Head  = Small/Even  and Tail  = Small/Odd
Deuce  = Big/Even  and Head  = Small/Even
Deuce  = Big/Even  and Tail  = Small/Odd

• Bet Option  = Digit Position: Deuce and Condition: Big; with
    Digit Position: Head and Condition: Big
• Bet Amount  = 100
• Odds   =  2.7
• Bet Price  = 100
The Bet Option is a losing one as the Condition of the selected Digit Position of the Second Bet does not match the Condition of the corresponding Digit Position of the Winning Number and the Bet Price amounting to 100 for this Bet Option would be lost.

H. The Rebet Functionality

1. The Rebet function is used to confirm Bet Numbers or Bet Options of a Bet Transaction(s) from the preceding Draw Round that was bet on.

2. Only Bet Transactions from the previous Draw Round where a Bet Transaction was placed can be selected as a Revived Bet Transaction(s).

3. The Bet Numbers or Bet Options and their corresponding Bet Amounts, Bet Types, Fee Types, Odds included in the Revived Bet Transaction cannot be changed.

4. Where there are more than one (1) Revived Bet Transactions, the removal of all but one (1) Revived Bet Transaction is permitted.

5. If any Bet Amount for any Bet Number or Bet Option in a Revived Bet Transaction, (a) is below the Minimum Bet Amount; or (b) exceeds the Maximum Bet Amount limits set by the Operator for such Bet Numbers and Bet Options and/or any other limits that may be imposed by the Operator from time to time and at any time, whichever shall be the lower, then the Revived Bet Transaction will be rejected by the System.

6. Where there is insufficient Bet Credit in the Account, the System will also reject the Revived Bet Transaction(s). If there is more than one (1) Revived Bet Transaction, the System will select which among the Revived Bet Transactions may be confirmed without exceeding the Bet Credit in a sequential order.

7. Every Revived Bet Transaction must be confirmed by the End User and such confirmation must be done before the expiry of the Betting Time to be formally processed and accepted as a Bet Transaction or rejected, by the System. Acceptance by the System is subject to checks and verifications against limits and restrictions set by the Operator, where these limits and restrictions may be subject to change from time to time.

8. Once accepted by the System, the Revived Bet Transaction will be processed into a Bet Transaction and appear as such in the Running Bet List.
