They form part of the Operator's General Term & Conditions, which apply to all the products and services the Operator offers and which the end user has to accept upon registering for any of the online or interactive products or services offered by the Operator. BET TYPES

1. 1X2

1.1 Bets can be made by either selecting a Home Win, a Draw or an Away Win.

1.2 Bets will be settled at the end of normal time play, excluding extra time and penalties (where applicable).

2. ASIAN HANDICAP

2.1 Asian Handicap is a style of betting where the bookmaker handicaps the two teams in a game before its commencement. Using Football as an example, the bookmaker gives a goals deficit to the team he thinks is more likely to win, and a head start to the team he thinks is less likely to win. The handicaps are expressed in goals, or fractions of goals. To win a bet, the end user, rather than backing a team to win, bets on it to overcome the handicap.

3. CORRECT SCORE - FIRST HALF & FULL TIME

3.1 For First Half Correct Score:

(a) bets are made by predicting the correct result or score at the end of the first half of a match or event that is offered for betting.

(c) bets are settled on the score of the match or event at the end of the first half, including added time for injury and stoppages.

(c) bets are settled on the final score of the match or event, including added time for injury and stoppages.

4. DOUBLE CHANCE

4.1 Double chance is similar to 1X2 bets except that the end user is able to bet on two out of three possible outcomes by selecting the following options: a Home Win or Away Win; a Draw or Away Win or a Draw or Home Win.

4.2 If one of the two possible outcomes is achieved, the bet is won.

4.3 If a match is played on neutral ground, the team listed first on the website is deemed to be the home team for betting purposes.

5. FIRST TO START

Predict the team or participant who starts off the game/match/event.

(c) If any of the cases mentioned above involved a favorite and it affected the odds or payout of the outright in general, then all outright bets on that event will be refunded accordingly.

10.3 The Dead Heat Rule applies to all outright betting.

11. OVER/UNDER

Bets are settled based on the aggregate sum total of points/goals etc achieved (resulting in an over or under a prescribed target number set by the Operator) in a match or series of matches in which the bets were placed.

12. PERIOD BETTING

22.3 Where there is no video recording available, the correct score/result shall be determined by reference to the score/result posted on the official website of the sport governing body unless the official website's posted result is manifestly wrong, in which case the Operator shall use its best endeavours to determine the correct outcome to be used to determine the winner and/or the result. In such cases, the Operator's decision shall be final.

23. IN RUNNING ("LIVE") BETS SERVICE

23.1 In Running ("Live") bets are only available for those sports that the Operator designates as live betting markets and only in respect of those matches marked as "live" or "live bets" or by a LIVE sign in the list of events or in a special file entitled "LIVE" on the Website.

23.2 An In Running ("Live") bet is where the End User is permitted to place a bet during an ongoing match or event up to such time when the Operator ceases betting on that match or event.

23.3 In an In Running ("Live") Bet for Asian Handicap bets, two types of scoring system are displayed on the Website:

(a) Where current scores or results are updated and displayed ("Type A Scoring"). The settlement of a bet is determined by the result of the final score (including the handicap) at the conclusion of the match or Period Betting (depending on the nature of the bet), minus the current score at the time of the placing and acceptance of the bet.
(b) Where current scores or results are not displayed and instead a 0-0 score or result will be displayed ("Type B Scoring"). The settlement of a bet is determined by the result of the final score (including the handicap) at the conclusion of the match or Period Betting (depending on the nature of the bet). The End User is advised to verify match status before placing their bet.

23.4 Depending on the specific sport, selected markets may be offered for betting at the sole discretion of the Operator. The Operator does not acknowledge or accept any liability whatsoever if it is not possible to place a bet or if the live score update is incorrect. It is the scores or results displayed at the conclusion of the match that are valid.

23.5 At all times, it is the End User's responsibility to be aware about the score and is advised to verify match status before placing your bets.

23.6 Unless otherwise stated on the Specific Sport Rules, any information, statistic or editorial text ( e.g. scores, timers or results) displayed on the website during an In Running ("Live") game situation are purely for general information purposes and should not be relied upon for betting purposes.

23.7 As with non-live bets, the winner of an event will be determined at the conclusion of the event. Protested, appealed or overturned decisions will not be recognized for wagering purposes and subsequent changes to the results will not affect the outcome of the bet.

23.8 The Operator reserves the right to suspend a market or not accept bets at anytime without notice. When a market is suspended any bets placed for that market but prior to being accepted by the Operator may be rejected at the Operator's discretion. Any bets accepted prior to suspension or cessation of the live market will stand, while any bets placed after live betting has ceased will not be accepted unless otherwise stated in the Specific Sports Rules.

23.9 During In Running ("Live") bet conditions, bets placed will be kept in pending mode during specific high risk/ danger moments in a match. Such bets will be indicated as "Pending" on each bet slip until such time when the bet is accepted or rejected by the Operator. High Risk/ Danger moments are defined as follows:

(a) Corner kicks;
(b) Penalty kicks;
(c) Free kick awarded to attacking team near the opponent's penalty box area;
(d) Throw in given to attacking team near the opponent's penalty box area;
(e) Whenever a team is in a potential scoring scenario as in an active attacking mode,

23.10 All bets on Asian Handicap and Over/Under that are in Pending mode (other than bets on Total Bookings, Total Corners, Total Offsides, Total Substitutions and/or bets which do not have an effect on the overall result of the match) will be cancelled if one of the following occurs:

(a) A goal is scored
(b) A player is sent off

23.11 All other bets such as Total Bookings, Total Corners, Total Offsides, Total Substitutions and/or bets which do not have an effect on the overall result of the match may be accepted at the Operator's discretion.

23.12 The Operator at its sole discretion shall determine the time in which any goal or point was scored. References as to the time of goal(s) or points scored as stated in official league/club website, media website or "live score" website may be considered for guidance purposes but shall not be binding on the Operator in its determination of time.

23.13 Where the Operator has reason to believe or suspect that a live bet has been placed after the outcome of a live event is known or if delayed "live" television coverage results in a live bet being placed at the incorrect price after the selected participant has gained an advantage (to be determined at the Operator's sole discretion), the Operator shall be entitled to treat the bet as void without having to provide any reason whatsoever.

23.14 In the event of any technical malfunction, including the crashing of its website or suffers any downtime which hinders, delays or prevents the Operator from accessing its website to update the score, odds or handicap, the Operator reserves the right to cancel all pending bets placed at the time of the incident.

23.15 With regard to live betting, the general rules concerning results' evaluation apply. Where a live event is interrupted in the course of play, causing the event to be postponed or abandoned, any bets taken on such postponed or abandoned events that are not restarted within 12 hours from the event commencement time (unless specifically provided for in a particular sports' betting rule) shall be void. The exception shall be for bets which have been unconditionally determined before the actual interruption of play. In such circumstances, such bets will be valid.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF BETS

2.1 When you make a Tote bet on international racing through the Operator, the Operator is acting as counterparty to your bet.  Customers’ bets are placed with the Host Totes by the Operator and entered directly into the Host Totes’ live pools (commingling).
2.2 In this respect, you authorise the Operator:

2.6 Under no circumstances will the Operator take on the liability for the bet or otherwise be held responsible for the bet not being transmitted to, received by, or otherwise accepted by the Tote. The Operator will not be liable for any loss of winnings that would have been due had the bet been placed in the Host Tote’s pool.

2.10 All bets need to be confirmed as being accepted into the Host Tote’s pool to be valid.
2.11 Minimum stake amounts are determined by the Host Tote and will vary by Host Tote and bet type.
2.12 The Operator reserves the right to impose a maximum stake per bet and a maximum stake amount per race per customer at its own discretion. In line with the Operator’s sports betting rules, the Operator reserves the right not to accept bets at any time without prior notice or explanation.
2.13 Once the Operator has accepted your offer to bet, you will not be allowed to change the terms of that bet or cancel or withdraw from that bet. Acceptance of an offer by the Operator concludes the bet.
2.14 International Tote pools close when the 'off' of a race is announced. Any bets placed after the pool has closed will be void.

3. SETTLEMENT OF BETS

3.1 Bets on horse racing are settled on the official result.
3.2 Winning dividends are calculated by dividing the total amount of stakes entered into the Host Tote’s pool (less Deductions) by the number of winning units. The percentage Deductions taken from each pool vary depending on the Host Tote and the country where the Host Tote operates.
3.3 Where no winning dividend is declared settlement will be based on the rules of the relevant Host Tote where the pool is based.
3.4 All odds and potential dividends advertised by the Operator on the Website before the pool closes are taken from the approximate odds indicator at the relevant Host Tote and, therefore, are for guidance and information purposes only.
3.5 Settlement will be based on the Dividend declared for the official result by the Host Tote after the weigh-in.
3.6 In the event that an objection is lodged against the result of a race, any payments on the result of the race shall be made in accordance with the decisions of the race meeting officials or stewards.
3.7 Pari-mutuel horseracing bets placed through the Operator have a minimum guaranteed Dividend equal to the unit of the wager, for all pari-mutuel bet types.
3.8 Bets are placed using the official racecard numbers. In the event of dispute relating to the horse name/number then the number declared by the racecourse will take precedence.

4. KEY TERMS

4.1 Commingling
Commingling of pools is the process where one Tote combines its wagering pool with a pre-determined community of betting entities to create one common Dividend. Commingling is commonplace in many horserace betting organisations around the world.

4.2 Deductions
The Tote will make deductions from the total pool to cover its margin for running the pool and other statutory taxes and levies imposed.
The level of Deductions will vary between individual Host Totes and between different bet types.
Dividends are declared after deductions have been made from the pool.

4.3 Dividend
The Dividend is the amount declared to be paid for the winning selection or combination in respect of each unit bet in accordance with the Tote’s rules as they apply to each form of betting offered.

4.4 Official
An official or steward is a person acting, in a permanent or temporary capacity, on behalf of the racing authority in a given jurisdiction. The role of an official can be to determine the race outcome and/or hear objections to the race result.

4.5 Official Result
The official result is the official announcement and publication of the outcome of a race upon which the dividend shall be calculated and winning bets be paid.

4.6 Pari-Mutuel Betting
Pari-mutuel betting (also called ‘pool betting or ‘Tote betting’) refers to bet types in which all money staked is placed into a pool. The return on winning bets (‘dividend’) is calculated from the total amount wagered in the pool and the total number of winning tickets after the official race result is known. Dividends are declared after Deductions have been made from the pool.
Unlike fixed-odds betting, a customer will not know what their potential winnings are when they strike a pari-mutuel bet. In pari-mutuel betting the final Dividend is only determined after the pool has closed and the result of the race is officially declared.
A Tote (totalisator) will give an indication of the potential dividend based on bets already placed into the pool.

4.7 The Off
The ‘Off’ refers to point at which a race is deemed to have started. The point at which the “Off” is officially determined has implications both for the classification for non-runners and the point at which betting pools close.

4.8 Tote (totalisator)
A Tote (an abbreviation of the term ‘totalisator’) is the operator of pari-mutuel betting. A Tote is responsible for running the betting pools, collecting the pool bets, displaying potential dividends, calculating the final dividends, and paying out winnings.
In return for running the betting pools, a Tote will take a deduction from the pool and may also collect other statutory levies and taxes on behalf of government.

4.9 Unit Bet
Unit bet, in respect of each bet type, means the minimum amount fixed by the Tote as the amount on which dividends will be calculated.

4.10 Weigh In
A jockey must weigh in carrying the same weight at the end of a race as the jockey carried at the start of a race. Failure to do so can result in disqualification. Once the weigh-in has been completed to the satisfaction of the officials, the official result can be announced. The weigh is also called the “all clear” at some tracks.
